Camp Director
Hello Campers and Families! My name is Alec, and I am so excited to be returning to Camp Abby this summer as your Camp Director after seven years away. Camp Abby has always held a special place in my heart, and I feel incredibly grateful for the opportunity to come back and be part of such a meaningful community once again. This summer, my goal is to help create the best experience possible for our campers, full of fun, growth, laughter, and unforgettable memories. I am passionate about building a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where every camper feels valued and excited to be themselves. I can’t wait to work alongside our amazing staff to bring energy, creativity, and care to everything we do. I’m especially looking forward to all the moments that make camp so special, campfires, games, new friendships, and the little memories that last a lifetime. Thank you for trusting us with your campers this summer. I am beyond excited to meet everyone and make this an incredible season at Camp Abby!

Camp Wide Coordinator
Calling all campers! I’m Sara and I am so excited to be coming back to camp this year as our Camp-Wide Coordinator! It is going to be amazing to spend the summer at my all time favourite place with all of you! I can’t wait to play so many games and sing our hearts out around the campfire! (Pizza man is my favourite) Counsellor hunt will always be an all time favourite game of mine, so be ready! I can’t wait to see everyone at camp this year!
Year Round Staff
Before his current role as Business Manager (Formerly Executive Director), Alex held various roles, including Senior Counselor, Outdoor Life Coordinator, Assistant Director, and Marketing Coordinator. Outside of Alex's work at Camp Abegweit, he works as a Evening Program Coordinator at BGC Charlottetown. Alex also sits on the Board of Directors for the Camping Association of Prince Edward Island (CANSPEI).
